Refunds
We want our customers to have the very best experience! If you're unhappy with your order, you'll have 30 days to send us an email and request a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at amorningspell@gmail.com.
Once your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at amorningspell@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your coffee arrives defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item!
Exceptions
As much as we'd like to offer refunds or replacements for all customers, there are a few exceptions.
- We cannot issue a refund or replacement if the order was delivered to the correct address, but has vanished due to not being picked up or brought in.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping carriers, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for late orders. We're at their mercy, too.
