Morning Prosperity Potion (Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte Recipe)

Morning Prosperity Potion (Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte Recipe)

Spend your morning crafting a delicious prosperity potion (aka, a Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte) and kick your day off with an energy of abundance. Cinnamon and vanilla extract together create a delicious and aromatic drink that has a rich taste without being overpowering.

Cinnamon has been used for ages for a number of different reasons (besides health/flavor) in spellwork for money/prosperity, abundance, love and luck, for example. We’ve created this Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte with the intention of it being part of a prosperity ritual, however, you can work with the cinnamon and coffee in whatever way you're attracted to!

Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee (we recommend our As Above, So Below mushroom coffee blend or our Brew of Riches coffee blend.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (you can also use cinnamon sticks if you prefer)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey, agave, or a different sweetener to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam. You can also use a frother for this.
  2. In the meantime, brew a half cup of coffee using your preferred method (we recommend pour over)
  3. Once the milk is heated in the pot or frother, add the ground cinnamon and vanilla extract. Whisk in the pot, or restart the frother.
  4. Pour the life blood brewed coffee into a mug.
  5. Using a frother or a whisk, continue to mix the cinnamon-flavored oat milk until it becomes thick and creamy.
  6. Pour the frothed oat milk over the coffee in the mug.
  7. Sweeten to taste with honey, agave, or your preferred sweetener, if desired.

And now for the fun part…

Coffee Prosperity Ritual

Note: You can switch this ritual out with whatever is energetically aligned with you. This is a ritual you can choose to work with exactly, modify, or change completely

    1. Grab a small piece of paper and write a sentence stating what your intention around prosperity is. This can be a number, a feeling, or something you’re trying to attract.
    2. As you’re reading what you wrote, slowly stir your coffee. Close your eyes while stirring, and imagine stirring the abundance directly into your mug. Allow your body to “feel” what achieving this would feel like.
    3. With your eyes closed and meditating on your sentence, take a slow, intentional sip of your drink. (You can also open your eyes beforehand so you don’t spill it. Safety first!)
    4. As your sip on the remainder of your drink, hold that “feeling” and intention.

When you’re done, you can either carry the piece of paper with you, or store it and use it the next morning.

    About Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a fragrant spice with a warm, sweet flavor that is often used in baking and cooking. It’s no surprise that it pairs well with coffee and adds a delicious depth of flavor as well.

It’s also incredibly versatile. Besides providing a natural energy boost, cinnamon has a number of benefits including,

    1. Improving digestion: Something we can benefit from, no matter how healthy we eat. Cinnamon is believed to help improve digestion and reduce bloating by stimulating the production of digestive juices and enzymes.
    2. Reducing inflammation: Cinnamon contains compounds called polyphenols that may help reduce inflammation in the body.
    3. Regulating blood sugar levels: Some research suggests that cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels by inhibiting the breakdown of carbohydrates in the body and increasing insulin sensitivity.
    4. Boosting cognitive function: Cinnamon is believed to have a number of potential cognitive benefits, including improving focus, memory, and overall brain function. Pair that with our As Above, So Below mushroom coffee blend? Pure brain magic.

Disclaimer: Adding cinnamon to coffee can add a delicious depth of flavor and aroma, however, like anything: too much of a good thing can be bad. Be sure you’re not over-consuming cinnamon lest you experience a negative reaction.
